Have you ever noticed how Sundays are always sunny in Autumn? There is no better feeling then waking up to a bright Sunday with the whole day spread out ahead.
There are some key components that make Sunday, well . . . Sunday. Coffee is a must and since giving my daily work coffee habit the kick I long for fresh coffee once Sunday has rolled around. This must be accompanied by brown granary toast with butter and a generous layer of homemade guacamole and lovely steamy creamy scrambled egg next to a very undignified dollop of ketchup.
Once the dishes have been swiftly seen too, each week no matter the time of year, Sunday must include a countryside adventure of some description. I love the Sunday sunshine combined with the sharp cold nip of promise that the cold months are drawing in, the way Autumn clings on to the sun with its cool breeze.
